Since we're a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective! If you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@paperplanesplayco.com and we will be happy to help you!

How long does shipping take?
We use USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 3–4 business days once your order ships.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via USPS, and include tracking and up to $100 in shipping insurance.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Not at this time — we keep things simple with one reliable shipping option. Most customers receive their orders quickly!
